The name is horrible. The concept is delicious. Meet Potatopia, a gleaming new antithesis to the ubiquitous salad bars which have cropped up on nearly every corner of late. Inside this new Greenwich Village shop that opened yesterday, everything is loaded with carbs, and yep, potatoes. Atkins, after all, is so 2007, especially if you’ve been out dancing until late. Recharge with the Comatoser, a bowl of fresh potato-skin chips piled high with nearly every topping at the salad bar—cheddar, asiago, pepper jack, scallion, red onion, jalapeño, broccoli, bacon—only much, much yummier. You’ll say potato.
