This newly launched passport to A-list wardrobing, dubbed “Celebrity Dressing 2.0,” “invites users to be a ‘fly on the celebrity wall’ in the design and production process, following the dress around the world to its final red carpet destination,” explains WWD.com. It will answer all your questions about how they pulled off that flawless look (including the dishy, behind-the-scenes snags in the process).

Allure.com, which headed to Emmy Award-winning makeup artist Melanie
Mills for some fresh-skin advice. Some easy ones to remember: Go old
school and lock in foundation with a damp sponge to keep powder from
enhancing fine lines. Use a finishing spray to keep makeup in place
and eliminate the need for powder. Layer your shadow, blush, and
