Find your inner second grader and see chocolate being made inside this cocoa warehouse owned by a self-proclaimed “chocolate wizard”(really). In a backroom lab, he conducts experiments in newfangled concoctions, like chocolate nachos, reports UrbanDaddy.com, but there’s also some fine Brazilian blend coffee to snap you back to reality and counteract that giddy sugar high.

BUSHWICK OPEN STUDIOS

Brooklyn’s version of Chelsea throws open its studio doors starting today
for three days of gallery-hopping—complete with its own iPhone app, a mini
“Bushwick Basel” art fair, and street performances all weekend long.
Celebrating its sixth year, BOS2012 offers “entrée into a more underground
scene,” explains the New York Times (especially for those who haven’t
ventured beyond Chelsea’s galleries) and a chance to see up-and-comers,
like light artist Carol Salmanson at work.
