You’ll still have to wait a few more months for DKNY’s Spring 2013 collection, which was all about super-stylish, city-ready looks in black and white, but in the meanwhile, you can check out the Guggenheim’s hotly anticipated show, “Picasso Black and White,” opening today. Focusing on the Spanish painter’s fixation with the black-and-white palette through 118 paintings, sculptures, and works on paper, the exhibit shows how “Picasso’s deceptively simple use of isolated black, white, and gray hues belies the extraordinary complexity and power of these expressive works.”
